Net Worth

I have individual net worth, or joint net worth with my spouse that exceeds US$1 million (excluding my primary residence)

Venture Capital or Investment Firm

I invest on behalf of an accredited VC firm or other accredited investment company.

Business registered in the following country

Business

I invest on behalf of a business with US$5M or in which all the equity owners are accredited

Company or VC fund registered in the following country

Qualified as
Crowd Investor

You can invest in startups backing Syndicate investments or Crowd raising operations.

I had the following individual income or income combined with my spouse in each of the past 2 years and I expect the same this year
